Velo Bind

Velo Binding (also known as VeloBind or Strip Binding) is a method in which several small holes are punched along the spine of the printed piece and a plastic strip with corresponding line is inserted on either side of the book / manual. The edges of the pages on the spine remain exposed between the plastic strips.
